I MAY HAVE FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH SUSTAINED BY ME OR MY
VEHICLE USING THE CUSTOM UNICHIP MAP LOAD/TUNE, WHETHER CAUSED BY MY OWN NEGLIGENCE OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF CROSSOVER AUTO PERFORMANCE, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, VOLUNTEERS, OR EMPLOYEES. Further, I voluntarily and knowingly agree to HOLD HARMLESS, PROTECT, AND INDEMNIFY CROSSOVER AUTO PERFORMANCE, its officers, agents, volunteers, and employees, against and from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for property damage, personal injury or death, including defense costs and attorney's fees, arising out of my usage of the CUSTOM UNICHIP MAP LOAD/TUNE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES, INJURY OR DEATH ARE CAUSED BY MY OWN NEGLIGENCE, OR BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF CROSSOVER AUTO PERFORMANCE, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, VOLUNTEERS, OR EMPLOYEES.
- Due to the nature of performance applications, performance parts and performance map tuning loading services are sold "AS-IS" with all faults and without any express warranty or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Crossover Auto Performance shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including person, party or property, but not limited to, damage, or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchase, which may arise and/or result from sale, installation of these parts, Installation of high performance parts and use of said services could adversely affect the motor manufacturerrs warranty coverage. - This service is for performance vehicles only and may not be legal to use on state roads or highways. Check your local laws to be sure.

- Any and all maps are tuned for a specific car and will not generate the same results for each and every car.
It is in no way specific for your application or setup on your car.
- Your car must be operating in perfect mechanical order, meaning, no leaks, no check engine lights, etc.

Use of 93 octane unleaded premium fuel or higher is required. If 91 or 92 octane is only available, it is the owner's sole discretion to use this service and understands the risk of possible engine damage. Crossover Auto is not liable for any damage as a result of this service.
- Vehicle owner understands and acknowledges this service is for high performance use only and may affect manufacturer's or any third party vehicle warranty.
- By selecting and issuing payment of this service, purchaser/user acknowledges and agrees to ALL of the terms noted above.
